On August 6, 2018 through August 8, 2018, ACPS held the Superintendent's Leadership Institute. Over 160 leaders from across the division including all principals, assistant principals, department chairs, and specialists attended the three-day event.

Background:
|
The Superintendent's Leadership Institute is the culmination of planning that started in March with members of the Superintendent's Leadership Team, and included input from principals, division leaders, and Superintendent Dr. Gregory C. Hutchings, Jr. The theme for the three days was "Enlighten, Engage, and Empower," and these ideas were weaved in throughout the event.
