Background:

In 2008, ACPS moved from schools completing School Improvement Plans (SIPs) to School Education Plans (SEPs) which are focused on the continuous improvement cycle (Plan – Do – Study - Act). Every year schools draft a new SEP that must be aligned to the division’s Strategic Plan.
