Agenda Item Summary:

The attached list identifies summer projects for FY2020. The list is organized by school and project type; sixty-four (64) CIP projects are currently underway, anticipated to occur over the summer, or have been recently completed. Of the 64 projects shown: • One (1) project is in the “Initiation” phase • Thirty-two (32) projects are in the “Planning/Design” phase • Twenty-four (24) projects are in the “Implementation” phase • Seven (7) projects are in the “Completed/Close-Out” phase

Background:

The Office of Educational Facilities plans and executes renovation and reconfiguration projects. Project status updates are provided to the School Board on a regular basis and/or as requested.

Recommendation:

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the FY2020 Summer Projects Update.
