Schools Facilities Investment Task Force recommendations presented to the School Board and City Council in January 2018, recommends leadership develop a “targeted new reality” to establish a common framework for future collaboration between ACPS and the City. On May 19, 2018, the School Board and City Council engaged in a vision session to begin defining these objectives. The Washington DC-based planning and architectural firm of OPX, PLLC, served as the facilitator for the vision session.
