On September 11, 2017 the ACPS Athletic Hall of Fame Advisory/Selection Committee met to evaluate the list of nominees for the 2017 class of inductees. The group achieved overwhelming consensus on the following individuals:

The School Board reviewed the nominees at its October 12, 2017 Board Meeting. For the induction ceremony of the 2017 class, the committee is planning for a winter event, which will include a “Meet and Greet” followed by a ceremony where the new inductees will be presented with plaques and members of previous classes and dignitaries will be recognized. Afterwards, the new plaques will be unveiled in the lobby outside of the gymnasium.
