Agenda Item Summary:
|
The FY 2017 Third Quarterly CIP Report will include formatting changes intended to provide greater detail on CIP projects, give greater clarity and transparency into Capital expenditures and align more closely with the City of Alexandria CIP Quarterly Report. The attached presentation details the template changes.

Background:
|
In accordance with ACPS Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Regulations (FEG-R), last revised by the School Board on April 21, 2016, ACPS staff prepares a CIP financial and project status report for the School Board on a quarterly basis. The FY 2017 Third Quarter Report is scheduled to be presented to the School Board on May 25, 2017.

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the changes to the FY 2017 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Third Quarter Report.
