An Invitation to Bid (ITB) was issued on December 12, 2017 to solicit responses for the provision of Windows Replacement, Exterior Wall Repairs at Francis C. Hammond Middle School. Responses were received February 20, 2018. The Contract has been reviewed by
Educational Facilities Planning, Design and Construction staff, and the Direct or of Procurement. Feedback from the parties has been incorporated into the attached Contract.
