Agenda Item Summary: An Invitation to Bid (ITB) was issued on December 12, 2017 to solicit responses for the provision of Windows Replacement, Exterior Wall Repairs at Francis C. Hammond Middle School. Responses were received February 20, 2018. The Contract has been reviewed by
Educational Facilities Planning, Design and Construction staff, and the Direct or of Procurement. Feedback from the parties has been incorporated into the attached Contract.

Recommendation: The Superintendent recommends that the School Board award the attached contract for roof replacement and exterior repairs for Francis C. Hammond Middle School.
