Agenda Item Summary: The Office of Educational Facilities has reviewed and proposed summer 2018 CIP projects for the procurement of construction services over summer break. This memorandum revises the April 5, 2018 memo by providing updated approval dates, and adds four projects that will now be ready for Board approval. Contract actions for this work are underway or in the final preparation stages. It is anticipated that the Board will receive the following contract items for information and approval on the dates noted.
