Jefferson-Houston PreK-8 IB School will provide community members with updates on the progress toward their School Improvement Plan goals. Meetings are held monthly where staff presents relevant information regarding the SIP, including academic, behavioral, and teacher satisfaction data. A meeting was held November 20th with future meetings scheduled next year on February 12, April 15, and June 10.

Background:

To increase transparency and develop trust between the school and families, the leadership at Jefferson-Houston provides families a chance to engage with staff about the school's progress towards achieving its goals.

Recommendation:

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board review the presentation submitted by the school principal.
